I was getting syntax errors running some tests against fake server - it turns out we were issuing status commands (I think because the test itself was hung), but fake server wasn't quoting the folder names it returns, which generates a syntax error...patch upcoming. This is needed, for example, if the folder name contains a space, as it happened to do in my test.

proposed fix
The previous lines used a raw " in '-quoted strings, which is why my eyes saw the statement wrong (as already being quoted) when I wrote this originally.
