When the 3.5 beta starts it tells me that the Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant 1.0 is incompatible. It offers to disable it - but there is no way to remove it. There should be a way to remove any/every extension/addon and Firefox should offer remove as an option when an incompatability is detected
