Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.0.11) Gecko/2009060215 Firefox/3.0.11 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Since the latest update (3.0.11) forced itself upon us, nearly all my users (100+) are reporting that they can no longer log into our Java-based conference room. When you type in a username and password, Firefox either refreshes the log-in page (without opining the conference application), or simply locks up ("Not Responding") until you use CTRL+ALT+DEL to close it. Nothing has changed with the conference software itself, it was simply accepting the Firefox update. The room opens fine in IE8 and IE7, but we're active traders, thus not fans of bulky software running the background. Hoping you can fix it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. E-mail us and we'll create a username and password for you to test with
2. Try logging in at the URL above, or into ANY iVocalize conference room
Actual Results:
Firefox either refreshed the log-in page instead of launching the Java application, or it locks up.

Expected Results:
A successful log into the room, launching a separate application outside of the browser.

Works fine in IE8 and IE7 - nothing changed to conference room (and no Java updates) since it was working in Firefox 3.0.10
One of our users says they fixed the problem by uninstalling Firefox 3 and replacing it with Firefox 2. I tend to agree that than 2 has far fewer crashes in general than 3 does... hoping Mozilla doesn't go the way of Microsoft (ie, bulky software, which works much better with the auto-update feature turned OFF).
