It's better to add a Print button in the "Print Preview" window

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the "Print preview" window, 
        1) Chose a mail message, then click 'File > Print Preview'
        or, 2) Chose a mail message, then right click the message and select
"Print Preview"

Actual Results:  
There is none "Print" button on it, but infect, the users be glad if there is a
"Print" button on the "Print preview" window.

Works for me on Shredder/Thunderbird Linux builds; the Print Preview has a fully functional "Print" button (this was likely fixed by Core bug 126802).

You should see it when you use a 3.0 beta version.
