Now that "Capture Form" (renamed "Save Form Data") and "Prefill Form" have 
migrated over to the Edit menu, the interview.html page needs to be updated (it 
currently points to their old location in the Form Manager submenu).

Funny, I just noticed that myself about an hour ago and have a fix that is 
already to be checked in just as soon as the tree opens.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Fix checked in.  Changed files is extensions/wallet/editor/interview.html.
