This should be everything we need for rc2, minus the changeset. I verified that we need '3.5' for oldAppVersion by going through http://mxr.mozilla.org/build-central/source and looking for it. Turns out its only used by update verify, and used to generate aus URLs, which definitely need to be '3.5'.
