The information in <ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/lightning/nightly/README.html> is outdated. We don't provide Thunderbird builds anymore, we don't build from CVS anymore, we don't have the latest-trunk folder anymore.
Fixed on stage.mozilla.org This should be live within the next 30 minutes.
