Bad:there is only displayed the source-code of the page if its doesnt parsed 
with PHP.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mozilla.
2.Open the URL.
						

Actual Results:  there is only showed the source code of the page.		
					

Expected Results:  The page should be displayed correct and not the source !!
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED

Netscape 4 shows source, this is a server configuration problem.

^this last line is the problem^ -- this extra content is an explanation of why 
what mozilla/netscape do is acceptable but what ie does is basically wrong (ie 
renders the page); according to my quick survey this page should be treated 
according to its content-type <g> [unless the server only gives text/html to 
ie, but again that's a server configuration error]
