Details
It seems subscribing to feeds with "News & Blogs" (so MailNews) is currently broken on comm-central/1.9.1
To reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.heise.de/newsticker/heise-atom.xml
2. Select "News&Blogs" and click on "Subscribe Now"
Results:
MailNews opens, but no new account with the RSS feed appears
