Building the NSIS installer runs into problem with "pretty" release package names that contain spaces (e.g. "SeaMonkey Setup 2.0 Beta 1.exe"), we need to fix this if we want to use them.

The fix is pretty easy, with this everything worked in my release automation tests :)
I wonder why we have this fix in suite/locales/Makefile.in but not here.
