Followup from Bug 392021.

As stated there the help menu in the event-editing dialog is useless in the current state.
Only the "About" dialog (which launches the TB-about) and the link to the release notes are working. Clicking on "Thunderbird Help" does not do anything.

Since it has no use here, it can be removed.

I don't know if we want that one for 1.0, since it has some l10n-impact.
But it is only removing strings, so it should not be much work.

it is better to not have help available than to have help buttons that don't actually doing anything so this looks like a positive change.
