Assume that tabs are active and Firefox was instructed to always use a new tab in lieu of a new window. 

Go to http://sharp-world.com/contents/aquos/secrets/index.html and click on "AQUOS Products." Despite the tab-preference, a new window opens. 

Attempt to use control-click, a new tab opens alright, but merely showing an empty window and URL javascript:productwin('/products/aquos/')

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://sharp-world.com/contents/aquos/secrets/index.html
2.click on AQUOS Products
3.control click on AQUOS Products
Actual Results:  
2) opens a new window, correct content URL http://sharp-world.com/products/aquos/
3) opens a new tab with URL javascript:productwin('/products/aquos/')

Expected Results:  
2) should open new tab for http://sharp-world.com/products/aquos/
3) should open new tab for http://sharp-world.com/products/aquos/

You can try https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3885 to fix this issue until the bug this bug is being marked as a duplicate of is fixed.
