Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090624 Firefox/3.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090624 Firefox/3.5

When the search bar and bookmark toolbar are on the same toolbar the search bar should take up the remaining space (with a minimum width) after all toolbar items have been made visible on the toolbar.
However, starting from 3.5 the search bar has a different size after starting the browser, then it has after customization of the toolbars. Not all bookmark items are visible on the bookmark toolbar even though there is more than enough space available.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure the bookmark toolbar has enough items so it's filled for more than 50%, but less than 75%
2. Customize the toolbars, and place the searchbar on the same toolbar as the bookmark items (make sure they are the only two items on that toolbar). All toolbar items should be visible now.
3. Close firefox, and start it again.
4. Now, not all bookmark items are visible.
5. Press "customize..." on the toolbars, and directly press "done" (don't make any changes)
6. Now all bookmark items are visible again.
Actual Results:
Initially the search bar takes only the space available when all toolbar items are made visible, but after a browser restart the search bar is much larger, resulting in bookmark items being hidden.

Expected Results:
The search bar should have the same size after starting the browser as it has after customizing the toolbars.
