This should be wontfixed, checking if the tab was successfully transferred across multiple sessions of Firefox is either impossible or difficult.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.2pre) Gecko/20100218 Namoroka/3.6.2pre Reporter, please test with Firefox 3.6. If you are still able to see such a behavior, start Firefox in Safe Mode (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode) to check if an extension is the cause of the mentioned issue.
This issue is resolved in firefox 3.6.
