Fairly self-explanatory title, adding an "invalid" option for post types. I will need an icon, anyone? My brother could help if we need one made (with legal permissions of course).

Again, this I expect to be just like solved threads. Locks the thread with a notice (at the top/bottom). It'd be nice to have a button to mark the thread as not about Firefox. Again, only moderators can set this and they can unset this by editing the first post or we can add UI in a future bug.
