It's may be because I use IE Tab at the same time. Reproducible: Sometimes Expected Results: The soft should scroll the page and not open it in a new window

Sounds like an extension issue, try: 1. Try to reproduce in Safe Mode. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode 2.
