I used to be able to open multiple tabs in succession but now I have to wait for a tab to finish loading before opening a folder on my bookmark toolbar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open tab and start gmail
2.click on folder on bookmark toolbar
3.will not open until gmail is finished loading


Expected Results:  
bookmark toolbar folder to open while other tabs are loading

The other that you're calling duplicates are concerning drag and drop.  I'm just trying to open a folder on the bookmark tool bar.  It will not let me do that until the current tab has finish loading.  It slows down my work day quite a bit.

yes some drag&drop code has to handle with folders opening, so they are related.

I found an other issue with it.  On start up Xmarks synchronizes bookmarks and the folder can't be opened until it has completed.
