User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; pt-BR; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090624 Firefox/3.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; pt-BR; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090624 Firefox/3.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
When I install a new add-on via: Tools -> Options -> Manage Add-ons, the browser ask me to restart, but when I click in the button, the add-ons manager closes but it stop in the main panel of the options windows, and the browser is not restarted.
I Imagine this is a bug, in the other situation, if I install via : Tools -> Add-ons , works fine and the browser is restarted.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Tools in Menu
2. Click Options
3. Click Manage Add-ons
4. Click Get add-on
5. Install a new add-on
6. Appears the restart button
7. Click the restart button
Actual Results:
The browser doesn't restart and stop in the Main Panel from the Options Windows.
Expected Results:
The browser should restart
I am using the Firefox 3.5 in Windows Vista, I didn't test in others OS's but I think it's possible that it happens too.

Confirmed with latest Shiretoko on Windows Vista. When I restart manually it goes to chrome://autopager/content/options.xul
I see this also with Firefox 3.0.
