After upgrading to 3.5, this has been changed to the folder Downloads under My Documents. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Configure a download folder on the desktop in FF 3.0. 2. Upgade to FF 3.5. Actual Results: Download folder is changed to Downloads under My Documents. Expected Results: Download folder should be unchanged.
