Clicking "Restart Firefox" doesn't do anything (just closes the Add-Ons window) because the Options window is still open. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Options window 2. Under Main, click manage Add-Ons 3. Disable an Add-On 4. Click Restart Firefox when the box appears at the top Actual Results: The Add-Ons window closed, but Firefox does not restart Expected Results: Restart
