I think we should add a preference to FF 3.next so that a user can disable geolocation without having to enter into about:config.

IMO it belongs in "Privacy" tab, not in "Content".
Bartzilla, arguable sure.. i put it into the Content tab because it changes content functionality.

should mention that if the context changes (this becomes leaky information-wise, or we find ways that sites are abusing it) we can reopen and reconsider, but based on the situation at hand, this isn't something Firefox wants to do
