50256 - Hide last Bookmarks menuseparator if user deletes all bookmarks

If the user deletes all of his or her bookmarks, it might be nice to also hide 
the menuseparator which separates the Bookmarks list from the "Add Current 
Page" and "Manage Bookmarks..." item in the Bookmarks menu (since there's no 
longer a need to separate two different groups of actions).

We have a browser to ship and this certainly isn't mission critical.  When people 
ask why Netscape took 3 years, are we going to tell them that a stray menu 
separator was holding us up?

(You were asking for that, Blake.:-)

Anyway, I think this is a wontfix. That separator provides semantic value, in 
that it indicates that there are other items (the bookmarks/folders, when they 
exist) which are *supposed* to go below the other items in the menu -- that the 
menu isn't permanently limited to those 2~3 items. Feel free to disagree.

Still valid, while now this separator is after Unsorted Bookmarks folder
