Previously disabled form elements incorrectly remain disabled after the page is reloaded with a refresh (CMD+R/F5/CMD+SHIFT+R). E.G. a form submit happens and fails to reset the button state to non-disabled requiring a refresh to reload the page. On reload, the button is still disabled. To reload the page, it is necessary to focus on the URL box, make a change and press enter. Re-requesting the page in this way sorts out this issue.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.See above.

Try the testcase in bug #468614
One of those bugs is a duplicate, anyway.
