An outline of the pulldown remains after a <select> pulldown has been closed.
Clicking somewhere on the page makes the outline go away.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to any page with a <select> pulldown.  Click on the right button to expand
the pulldown.  Either select any item in the pulldown list or click somewhere
outside the select pulldown.  Most of the pulldown disappears, but the ourline
remains visible.
