This is a link that I received from Microsoft MSDN, and the page returns
nothing.  This works in IE 5.5, Netscape PR 2, and Netscape 4.75

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  Displays nothing

Expected Results:  Should display the page which consists of a table of contents
on the left and the desired page on the right

May be related to ASP as Mozilla M18 has problems with ASP now.  M17 did not
exhibit the same behavior.

Confirming, I see nothing too. I doubt it's related to ASP though, since it all 
ends up as HTML on Mozilla's end.

I've trimmed this down to as simple a testcase as I can.  basically there is a
<FRAMESET ID="test1" STYLE="behavior:url(#default#savefavorite);"> in this page
and removing the STYLE="behavior:url(#default#savefavorite);" clears up the
problem.  attaching simplified testcase.

should this be htmlframes or style system? I doubt this should remain in browser
general.

Fixed by dbaron's renaming of "behavior" to "-moz-binding".
