Always when I open Firefox for the first time after starting up Windows - I wait at least one minute till I see finally the browser window. Then everything goes normally and fine. Even when I close firefox and open it once again - it opens with no waiting time.
Only when I start my computer and open firefox for the first time I have to wait and wait.
At work and at home. And my friend was asking me if there is a problem with his computer because he has to wait now with firefox.
So it's not just a single computer configuration problem or something...

This could be a duplicate of bug 501605. To rule out profile corruptions, first retest with a new profile: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile

If the problem is also present after creating a new profile and you want to help, please test the tryserver builds posted in bug 501605.

You can also clean the directories mentioned in bug 501605 comment 30. You probably have a huge number of files in your temp directories and in the history & cache of Internet Explorer.
