Details

SlideBar adds a xul:browser behind the content area (including the tabstrip), so the now semi-transparent Personas tabstrip will end up being gray or partially show the SlideBar contents.
http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/jetpack/rev/dc792e3eb7a2 For now, detect if Personas is installed and then push the SlideBar browser down past the tabstrip. (Unconditionally pushing it down would reveal an empty hole showing the back of the browser if Personas wasn't installed.)
