Please add Turkish (tr) to suite/locales/all-locales. Seamonkey (suite) locale files is available at hg repository for 1.9.1.

tr added to suite/locales/all-locales in http://hg.mozilla.org/comm-central/rev/9a50e6123725 - SeaMonkey buildbots will start to report on http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=Mozilla-l10n-tr from now on and produce nightlies and langpacks that are put into http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-1.9.1-l10n/

Please make sure you add the suite/ translation to l10n-central as well, we will be generating nightly builds using that as well soon.
