If the user specifies an AMO collection URL in their browser, use the RSS feed for the collection to display suggested addons on the first-run page

les, does this mean on the firstrun page should be a rss feed ? As example on https://byob.mozilla.com/profiles/Tomcat/browsers/EyNzU2MzAxMw/firstrun i do not see the rss button ?

Originally, this was supposed to mean that the RSS feed for a collection on AMO would be used to list out the addons in that collection on the first run page. But, I think this feature was actually taken out altogether between last July and now :)
