First-run page URL not working - is browser.startup.homepage_reset under LocalizablePrefs in distribution.ini the right spot?

Need to find the right preference and use it

startup.homepage_welcome_url is the firstrun page. browser.startup.homepage_reset is the URL that your homepage will be set to when you click on the "Restore to Default" button for the homepage preferences, and should be set to the same value as browser.startup.homepage

Hmm.  That pref doesn't seem to be working.  I've got this distribution.ini, but am still only seeing a firstrun of http://en-us.www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/3.5/firstrun/

FWIW, dev.byob2.mozilla.org is the vhost of the app on my laptop, but I can access the URL locally

Move it under the [Preferences] section, along with app.partner.*. LocalizablePreferences are a bit of a PITA, and I missed/glanced over that part.
