Sorry. I'm new to this and didn't know what to do with previous emails from Mozilla.
As far as crash ids, I don't know what that means. The Firefox window simply disappears at times when I minimize it. I have to open Firefox again with a new window.
Then when I log my computer out, the original window that disappeared reappears on my tray. This happens maybe once or twice a week. Don't know what causes it.

It sounds like this is not a crash, but rather Firefox ending up in a weird place (not showing in the taskbar when minimized).

I'm not sure it's the same problem I get, but just in case -
Sometimes Firefox disappears from the taskbar, but it can still be found on the active applications menu by using Alt-Tab. selecting FF from the menu brings it back as the last item on the taskbar.
This is an intermittent bug.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 4 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). Also, ensure you have the most up to date graphics drivers, operating system updates, and plugin versions (flash, java, etc). If you continue to see this issue with the newest Firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
