The Restart button which appears as a toolber in the Add-ons window does not work when Add-ons window is opened from within Tools->Options->Manage Add-ons
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install/Upgrade an extension
2. Go to Tools->Options window and click on "Manage Add-ons"
3. A toolbar should appear prompting you to restart Firefox, click the button
Actual Results:
Add-ons window closes but nothing else happens (Firefox does not restart)
Expected Results:
Firefox to restart

Reporter, do you see any errors in the Error Console?

No Errors in console. I think the Options window is somehow blocking the operation to continue and get executed
