After successful login the dialog remains (and is blank) and cannot be removed. Only work around I've found is to quit and re-open FF until it goes away. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open Firefox 2. login at proxy authentication dialog 3. Actual Results: After successful login the dialog remains (and is blank) and cannot be removed. Expected Results: Dialog would close
