505117 - warn me when closing multiple tabs & private browsing/history

Basically FF3.5.1 will not prompt to save tabs/session if private browsing is selected and or history is set to 0 days. I ask that all relevant settings that depend on another to be greyd out even if part of another section of settings this would ensure proper use of settings and stop feature use mistakes by users thinking that they can still do something wen aother setting is cancelling the other one.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
relevant settings dependant and affecting normal behaiviour of other settings with FF should be greyed out respectively when afecting setting prevent another setting to operate normally.

This is not a dupe of bug 503564.  It's a dupe of bug 502307 I think.
