load status for composition doesn't appear in compose window

When I use reply-to, the message load status goes into the 3 pane window instead
of the compose window.  This is doubly wierd in that the compose window does
have a status bar but it does nothing during the message load phase.

would be nice if mime could display some info into the message compose window's
status bar while loading message, especially big one.
