Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.1) Gecko/20090715 Firefox/3.5.1 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.1) Gecko/20090715 Firefox/3.5.1 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) The browser uses the default Windows XP folder icon for every file. A screenshot and more details have been posted by somebody at http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=1371035. The person in that thread believes that FF 3.5+ can't handle paths with special characters properly. He said this: "I tried saving to paths with and without special characters and everything worked just fine. I tested saving to folders called à, ä and ö and they bugged the icon." I have a friend whose system locale is Cyrillic, and she started experiencing this exact problem after I replaced 3.0.11 with 3.5 on her machine. She saves files to her Desktop (a path to it is localized) Reproducible: Always

This will be fixed in the major release after 3.5.
