Our default motif looks... well, it doesn't look anything. The light motif at least has some colour in it. I propose we change the default, and potentially even remove "Default" from the menu.

I updated the help for the motif commands about which shortcuts work, removed the "default" menu item and changed the preference.
P.S. we should really look at getting bug 100635 sorted soon.

Do we need to handle the case where someone's pref is set to default?

The PrefManager doesn't save values which match the default, so it should not be an issue.
