Browser totally forgets about option for "Save and Quit"


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.multiple tabs open and click on X in upper right corner.
2.Request "Do you want Shiretoko to save your tabs for the next time it starts?"
   Quit           Cancel          Save and Quit
  Arrives center screen.
3.Open download window from Tools or Library window.
4. multiple tabs open and click on X in upper right corner.
5. Request "You are about to close X tabs? Are you sure you want to continue?
   Cancel         Close tabs
  Arrives center screen.
6. Browser totally forgets about option for "Save and Quit"
Actual Results:  
Appears to be two exit routines, not one.


Expected Results:  
Library and/or Download windows close or stays open (add to Preferences/Tab menu)
Request "Do you want Shiretoko to save your tabs for the next time it starts?"
   Quit           Cancel          Save and Quit
Arrives center screen.

This has been around a few versions of this software in both 32/64 bit window/linux operating systems.
If your not looking, next thing you know, you have lost those tabs on restart.
Nobody complains because if their really interested, they go to history library.
Still, fixing a bug before one routine does not fix a bug in the other.
