See the URL, resize the window, watch in horror as the seconds pass by with no more than a large white rectangle to show for it. Taking, because I've never looked at this area of the code before and it looks like a good way to learn about it...

At this point I'm not sure whether I'll have time to investigate this problem. I might, but I suspect it's more likely I won't, and I shouldn't hog it if other people have time. Anyone who wants to work on this should feel free; this is really really really obvious when it happens.

This is a mass change. Every comment has "assigned-to-new" in it.
I didn't look through the bugs, so I'm sorry if I change a bug which shouldn't be changed. But I guess these bugs are just bugs that were once assigned and people forgot to change the Status back when unassigning.

I don't see anything on Linux when opening this. On windows it appears to work just fine.
