Changing tab causes flicker of mouse cursor in other tabs if right mouse button was down during tab change.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open some tabs
2.open http://www.krickelkrackel.de/testing/flicker.html in new tab
3.follow the instruction
Actual Results:  
The cursor changes its state depending on the cursor which was visible
before the tab was changed.

Expected Results:  
No flicker

I can see this problem only on MS Windows.
Same problem with SeaMonkey 2.0b.
No problem with Fx 3.0

I'm sure I've seen this behaviour with other sites.

Ok, it is not always reproducable. But most of the time.

A simple <marquee> also causes flicker:

The flickering is applicataion wide.

 Bug 507006 -  Mouse pointor is blinking after having switched a tab by mouse gesture (hold mousedown right-button and turn wheel)
The behavior is similar, but the regression range is different between the above bug.
