nsGlobalWindow::cycleCollection::UnmarkPurple(nsISupports*) is one of the top 3.5.* crashes since 3.5 was released.  We need a user-doc for it.

The crash bug is bug 504392.
The only info in the bug useful to users is that it is windows only and it is 3.5.* only.
Draft is up, ready for review.

I took the symbols out of the URL, please insert if they won't cause problems. TikiWiki seems to be not liking the :: in the article text, also.

The long crash sig without a space means that the article title (with the actual sig) would run off the page, so I kept the abbreviated version.
