nsCycleCollectingAutoRefCnt::decr(nsISupports*) is among the top 3.5.x crashes since 3.5 was released. We need a user doc for it. The bug summary for it says "Randomly crashes 12-15 secs after startup" Other notes: - *may* be caused by roboform
Draft is up, ready for review. I took symbols out of the URL, please insert if necessary. Took a more speculative tack on this one. Maybe the comments will tell us what the real culprit/s is/are.

We really can't be telling people to close programs at random. We may want to say that it's being investigated and a suspect is Roboform which they should disable.
