Display Blank for the right panel of Account Settings
1) Login to New mail account.
2) Select Mail/News Account Settings
3) Notice that all the right panel all display blank
4) Actual Results: Users cannot update server info, copies & Folders....etc info
from the right panel of the Account Settings.
Expected results: Should display complete panel for Account Settings to allow
users updating info.

Adding dogfood, nsbeta3 and regression for the keywords since it imapct daily
use for the account settings update info.

Change platform & OS to all since it's also occurring on Linux & Mac platforms.
OS: Windows NT → All
