The cb-sea-linux-tbox and cn-sea-qm-centos5-01.nl VMs currently each have 750 MB RAM, which is too little to link static SeaMonkey builds nowadays. Could that be increased to at least 1GB (more would probably be even better, but 1GB is enough to link it on the Parallels-based VMs we have)?
While you're at it, could you also increase the external disk on cb-sea-linux-tbox from the current 15 GB to 30 GB?

These operations will require downtime on the said hosts. When would be the best time to carry this out?

And cb-sea-linux-tbox bumped to 2GB RAM and 30 GB Disk.

verified, both boxes have 2GB RAM now, and -tbox also has a 30GB disk.
