The width of the dialog box for mail news account settings is too small for the settings "Junk-Einstellungen", "Synchronisation...", "Empfangsbestätigungen" and "Sicherheit".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. When in MailNews-Window, open "Bearbeiten - Mail & Newsgroup-Account-Einstellungen..." 
2. Choose the account settings for any mail account an try to change the settings mentioned above

Actual Results:  
Not all the characters of the settings dialog are shown because the window is too narrow.

Expected Results:  
You can see all the characters of the settings dialog.
OR: The window is at least resizable

Actually, there are strings in there that are too long, the width of the window would be alight by itself. ;-)
I fear that we'll run into trouble with smaller screen resolutions when I increase the window size, but I can look into that.

Fixed with http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.1/de/rev/e9088cae6c6e - should be alright in nightlies starting from tomorrow and in the 2.0 Beta 2 release in September.

I did both increase the window and shorten a number of strings to get there, all account manager panels should fit now. I also corrected any issues I saw in any preference panels.

My testing was on Linux only, as that's the only platform I have available, but as we're using character widths now, Windows should be fixed the same way.
