Since FF 3.5-3.6a1pre, Safari, and Chrome all support "word-wrap: break-word", we should add that property to the main css for Bugzilla.
How does that interact/modify the pre-wrap stuff we have right now?

I don't think we should wrap too long lines unconditionally, due to lines starting with ">" which shouldn't be wrapped. A better solution (IMO) has been proposed in bug 524915. The other bug also has a longer discussion than this bug. So marking this one as a dupe of the newer one.
