Using Netscape build {2000080720} and Mozilla build {2000082903}. The grayed-out versions of the icons on the Navigation Toolbar do not provide enough visual affordance indicating that the buttons are inactive. Recommendation: Redesign the icons for the grayed out buttons so that the icon itself is more distinctly "grayed out." Some users may disable the labels in browsers to work with a less cluttered screen. Thus, these people will need an inactive button icon to distinctivly change state from the active button icons to know that option is unavailable. An example of how the icons could be "grayed out" is to redraw the arrows, currently a dark teal, in a gray color or something dramatically different from the active icons so that there is a clearer distinction between active and inactive.

Oh, wait a minute. Richard, which theme were you using? This sounds like a problem with Blue (which is to be retired shortly), rather than with the Modern or Classic themes.

I'm using the default theme.
Marking fixed. The toolbar buttons have very distict enabled and disabled states now that Modern has been updated.
