Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open "http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc758523%28WS.10%29.aspx". 2.Scroll down using the scroll bar and place the cursor anywhere near the document's middle. 3.Press up or ctrl-up. Actual Results: Nothing happens. Expected Results: The page should be scrolled up or to the document's beginning.
OS: Windows XP → All
Hardware: x86 → All
This is supposed to happen. There are 2 frames, only one can have focus at a time.
