509463 - Admin:Admin changes not updated in the gallery

steps to reproduce:
1.Log into your Admin account
2.go to http://mcc.stage.mozilla.com/admin/flags
3.Click-"Acknowledge and Discard" for one design
4.Click-"Acknowledge and Edit" for another design and make it inactive click "Edit design"
5.Check the gallery to ensure that the changes have been updated

expected result:
Design in step#3 has been removed from the gallery.
Design in step#4 is not listed in Gallery anymore

actual results:

Both designs are available in the gallery

Could not replicate this problem.  Tested with Design #3.  To remove a design follow these steps.

1. Visit http://mcc.stage.mozilla.com/admin/designs.
2. Insert the ID # for a design.
3. Once the design details have appeared, check the INACTIVE radio button.
4. Verify that the Design Details page does not publish the Design - http://mcc.stage.mozilla.com/designs/3
5. Verify that the Design does not appear in the Design Gallery - http://mcc.stage.mozilla.com/designs?page=4

It seems that there may be a language problem in the buttons on the Flags Admin page.    

Appropriate Results are: 
1. Click "Acknowledge and Discard".  This will acknowledge the flag and discard the flag.
2. Click "Acknowledge and Edit". This will acknowledge the flag, discard the flag and forward the user to the Edit this Design page for that particular design.

Changing language on buttons to "Acknowledge and Edit Design" and "Discard Flag".
