509698 - need vlan71.conf configuration for moz2-linux64-slave02

I had to clone this slave during the downtime this morning to make sure we had 64-bit coverage for both masters, apparently the dhcp setup is managed elsewhere now, so can I please get it setup there? I can do the DNS portion.

We're out of IPs on 10.2.71.x the only one left is 2 (which is pingable...so I didn't use that). The others are 1 and 255 so they're not usable either.

Suggestions?

Zone file needs auditing.  I know for a fact that .78 was temporary and that host doesn't exist.  A number are commented out too.
